After dismantling the global billionaire class, the Pacificans expected a wave of equality and stability. Instead, they watched a new threat rise in its place: seventy-nine dictators tightening their grip on half the world’s population. Determined to confront the next great injustice, Nathan and his team launch an audacious campaign to challenge the world’s most entrenched autocrats. As new Pacifica communities flourish across the globe, Nathan’s bold political ascent leads him to the role of United Nations Secretary-General, where he and human rights lawyer Kalmo Breedlove attempt to transform the UN into a true voice for democracy. But if diplomacy fails, a secret Plan B waits in the shadows—one that could reshape the world in ways no one can predict. Fast-paced and provocative, Psychotic, Despotic continues the Pacifica series with a daring question: how far should a movement go to end tyranny once and for all?
